It would of been different if we got a memo saying we had a rough year or something. That day a cook came out to the employee parking lot just yelling his discus at it. We were not allowed to discuss our raise so it was muffled unless we wanted to risk losing our job. Everything on camera security is everywhere.
the whole place was in a uproar and there was nothing we can do. One of the rules is you can not tell others what your rate of pay was. It is like a little city down under the place and the food was excellent the cost was very low. We had continued training all the time and paid meetings.
